Eastside Glass & Mirror

Joe was extremely disrespectful over the phone! And this was just getting a quote and asking simple questions. This man needs to get fired or have his business go under review. He has 0 customer service skills and respect and barely knows how to speak to a human being.

Quickly cut glass to size, and at a more than reasonable price. He also came in on a Saturday mostly for me (and an inexpensive piece of glass).

Poor customer attitude, uses profanity in his speech, said he would do me a favor and then changed his mind. Did not make me feel welcome as a customer. I told him this was not good for him. And I was going to post that in a review. Sorry Joe I wish you would have treated me a little more courteous.

My experience with Eastside Glass & Mirror for a bay window panel replacement was nothing short of exceptional, earning them a well-deserved five-star rating. Here's why they stand out: The professionalism and knowledge displayed by the Eastside Glass & Mirror team were truly remarkable. During the replacement process, they went above and beyond by noticing a slight blue tint in the glass – a detail I hadn't even noticed myself. Their keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering top-notch service was evident as they compared it to a non-tinted glass, showcasing their expertise in the field. The efficiency in addressing not only the primary issue but also identifying nuances like the tint further solidified my confidence in their capabilities. It's this level of attentiveness and thoroughness that sets Eastside Glass & Mirror apart. Their friendly and approachable nature continued to shine throughout the process, even as they pointed out the tint. The willingness to share their observations and explain the options available demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. The affordability, prompt service, and the added value of their keen observations make Eastsi

Had a window measured and were told the replacement would be ordered and could be replaced in 2-3 weeks. Come to find out that after 3 weeks, the paperwork was just sitting in their office. We have them another shot and let them order the window... Called a couple weeks later and they said they could come out "sometime Friday morning." Luckily I can work remotely, but no one showed up. Called again the next week, made another appointment... They missed it again, but they can get us in by the end of the day (radio silence). We've given up on these guys and moved on.
